This is a reverse auction for hotel rooms, tours & other travel requirements. Here is how it works. Please read carefully.

1. First we will feature your request on the Best Price Travel Network.

2. Second we will contact all of the qualified hotels in your selected destination and send your request to them.

3. We make no charge for this service, nor are you under obligation to accept any offer. However we ask that you show courtesy and reply to all offers, even those you do not accept.

4. We will not release your private details to anyone other than the qualifying hotels.

5. Your deal is between you and your travel supplier. We have no control over the accommodation or any other aspect of your travels.

6. We are not responsible for any aspect of the arrangement between you and the travel supplier.

7. For the sake of simplicity we limit this auction to bed and breakfast and  self catering.

8. Once you accept the criteria of any bid as what you wanted,  your credit card will be required. This will be for hotel use only. Activelifestyle will deduct no funds. All payments will be made to your hotel or travel supplier in whatever manner they request.

9. Should you decide NOT to accept a bid after you have sent your credit card details it will be deemed as a breach of contract on your part. In that case Activelifestyle will charge a fee of not less than $50. or 10% of the value of the accommodation, whichever is greater.

10. In case the hotel or tour operator requires immediate pre-payment you will be notified of this and asked if you would like to proceed. If not, there will be no penalty.
